Zurich acquires a Slovenian company known today as Zurich Customer Active Management (ZCAM) to accelerate the deployment of AI and data to improve customer experience.
Our team grows to 10 people.
We launch our first projects in Italy and Switzerland. -
2019
We add fraud prevention services.
We have projects delivered in 8 countries.
One of our projects achieves 50 million euros of topline impact. -
2020
We launch an Intelligent Automation solution.
We have projects delivered in 16 countries across Zurich. -
2021
The Customer Intelligence Platform enables effective KPI reporting for over 50 million customers.
We enhance our offering by combining customer needs prediction models with sophisticated market segmentation.
